Deposit
A deposit of one night's stay is required to hold the reservation. Since we have a limited number of rooms, and cancellations seriously affect our ability to rebook, we require a deposit of one night's stay which is charged upon making your reservation. We take Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express.

Check-In and Check-Out Information
Check-In: after 3:00 p.m. Check-Out: before 11:00 a.m.
Please notify us if you are requesting a late check-in after 6:00 p.m.

Adults Only, Smoke-Free and Pet-Free Environment
Our Bed and Breakfast Property is smoke-free for the enjoyment of all guests. We are an adults only facility. There will be a $75.00 cleaning fee added to the bill if guests smoke in their room. No open flames of any kind are to be used in the rooms or on the property. Pets are loved by us but unfortunately we can not house them during your stay. Pet boarding is available at: www.leavenworthpetlodge.com.

Lost Keys
Guests who lose the keys to the rooms they rented are subject to a $100 change-locks fee.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
To guarantee your room, a deposit equal to one nights stay can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Cancellation requires notice of 3 days prior to the date of arrival. No refunds will be made for cancellations with notice of less than 3 days, unless the room is booked by another party for the entire reserved date. All cancellations must be by phone.

Winter Passes
There are no refunds for road closures. With snow covered roads and passes we advise that you be prepared with 4-wheel drive/good tread tires and chains. Highway 2 and 97 are both alternate routes to Leavenworth coming from Seattle. On the date of your arrival, should BOTH passes be closed due snow/avalanche/fire for over 8 hours preventing you from keeping your reservation, we will accept a postponement of your reservation and guests may reschedule at the earliest possible date, within 6 months of the pass closure.
